By engaging the services of Klikr, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully and seek legal advice if necessary.

Services

We will provide digital marketing services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract. The scope, deliverables, and pricing will be detailed in a separate document.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to cooperate in a timely manner, providing necessary access, information, and materials required for the fulfillment of services. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and results.

Payment Terms

Payment terms and amounts will be specified in the contract. Invoices are due on the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in a pause in services or termination of the contract.

Confidentiality

Both We and the client agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

Klikr is not responsible for changes in platform algorithms, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or business outcomes resulting from social media activity.

Intellectual Property

All content created by Klikr remains the property of the client upon full payment. Klikr retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Content Approval

Klikr will submit all content for client approval before publishing. The client agrees to provide feedback within 48 hours. Delays in approval may affect the posting schedule.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel services with 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing period.
